In light of the recent shift in union efforts to envelope the healthcare industry, we need to stay ahead of these shifts to ensure the best for our agencies, clients and employees.
We've watched as many companies have outsourced their work overseas -- healthcare is one of the last growing industries here in the US that cannot consider outsourcing the work we do. Surely unions, public authorities, a faster growing market, criminal background checks and unlicensed personnel are all issues that will not go away. We know, however, that a strong Association helps deal with those issues, effectively and efficiently.
