We invite you to join industry leaders as a member of the Home Health Services Association of New Jersey.  Owners and managers of home health care firms know they need the strength of an association behind them to address regulatory, legal and operational needs.  Having an organization that can interface on their behalf, ensures that they know what is going on while they can continue to manage their business and do what they do best.  In light of the recent shift in union efforts to envelope the healthcare industry, we need to stay ahead of these shifts to ensure the best for our agencies, clients and employees..

We've watched as many companies have outsourced their work overseas -- healthcare is one of the last growing industries here in the US that cannot consider outsourcing the work we do.  Surely unions, public authorities, a faster growing market, criminal background checks and unlicensed personnel are all issues that will not go away.  We know, however, that a  strong Association helps deal with those issues, effectively and efficiently.

One of the biggest benefits of membership in Home Health Services Association is the opportunity to meet with others in our field to discuss vital business issues as needed.  In addition to strength in numbers, there are many benefits to a membership organization  that can leverage its leadership position.
